If you are an active reader and book reviewer, you can join my Saints ARC and Street Team! You will get an opportunity to read and review my upcoming books in exchange for your honest review. I would love to have you on my team!
How does the Saints ARC Team work?
The Saints are a select group of 80 readers and fans. The Saints have only 80 available spots, and when there is an opening, I will email people from the submitted requests or open up the team to readers from the House St. Vincent Reader Group.
Each time I have a new release coming, you’ll be emailed and asked to be part of the current release team. The current Saints team will receive the upcoming book’s ARC (Advanced Reader Copy). When the ARC is ready to be sent out to the Saints, you will receive an email from BookFunnel containing the link to download the book.
You will also be notified when the book officially launches on retailer sites so that you know when to leave reviews on your preferred retailer* and Goodreads. *(Amazon, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble, Kobo and Google Play). You can leave reviews elsewhere, but to be an active part of the Saints, you will be asked to leave reviews on your preferred retailer and Goodreads.
Each book has a different publishing schedule for when the book is available for download versus when it is available to purchase. In most cases, you will have about 1 week to read the ARC before the official publication date when your reviews are needed.
Why are reviews vital to a book release?
Reviews are an integral part of a new book’s success with readers. When a book launches without reviews, it can be difficult for new readers to gauge whether they would like to read it. Reviews help readers make an informed decision about the book. Regardless of whether the review is positive or negative, it helps potential readers decide if the book is a good fit for them. In some cases, readers won’t even be able to find the book if it doesn’t have reviews.
This makes YOU a Saint, and your review is an invaluable part of the success of a book launch!
I’m not asking for a good review, just an honest one. I will always appreciate your positive or negative reviews.

The details:
- Each new ARC will be available to you as an active member of the Saints Team. You can request to be a Saints member using the interest form below. My assistant Jess will email you a week before the ARC becomes available to confirm your interest and availability. Please be sure to white-list and add my email address and my assistants to your contacts with your email provider to ensure you receive our emails (katherine@katherinestvincent.com & jessbeyondthepages@gmail.com).
- Most ARCs will be sent out 1 week before each book is published, but it may vary from time to time.
- Reviews will be due on your preferred retailer and Goodreads within the first week of the book release. Jess will request an email with links to your reviews to confirm they were posted on time.
- You will receive email reminders when the book is live to review.
- ARCs will be available to download via BookFunnel and can be read on ANY digital reader, including your phone, e-reader, or your computer.
- My ARCs are limited to 80 readers only and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. So please confirm via email that you want to be part of the current launch when I send out the confirmation request. Please only commit if you can read the ARC in the timeline provided and if you can write your reviews within the week of release. We understand when there are extenuating circumstances. Life happens.
